Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of g4be.studio and any services or products purchased through this site. By submitting a project brief, completing checkout, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

g4be.studio offers:

• Custom website design and development on a quoted, project-by-project basis.
• A premade Shopify template sold as a one-time digital download.

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for custom work are confirmed in writing before any deposit or payment is requested.

Payments

Custom projects are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed. Template purchases are charged in full at checkout. Payments may be processed through Stripe or other methods listed on the site.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Digital products

The Shopify template is licensed for your use on your own store(s). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files unless explicit written permission is granted.

Delivery is digital. After payment clears, download or setup instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Custom project work

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing assets or client-side approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

Upon final payment, you receive the agreed deliverables and rights to use the work for its intended purpose, unless a different license is specified in your project agreement.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge those terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We may refuse or terminate service if a request violates these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

Services and digital products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. g4be.studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delivered work, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
