Refund Policy

Summary

Refund requests are accepted only within the first 3 days after your purchase date. After that window, all sales are final.

Shopify template (digital download)

If you purchased the g4be Shopify template, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the original transaction. To qualify:

• The request must be sent within 3 days of purchase.
• You must email from the same address used at checkout (or clearly verify your order).
• You must not have substantially used, copied, or redistributed the template files beyond reasonable evaluation.

Approved template refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the template ends.

Custom website projects

Custom work is quoted and started only after scope and price are agreed. Deposits for custom projects are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

If you have not yet received any deliverables and cancel within 3 days of paying an upfront deposit, contact us to discuss a partial or full refund at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email hello@g4be.studio with:

• Your full name
• Order email and date of purchase
• Payment method used (Stripe, Cash App, Venmo, etc.)
• A brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable situations

• Requests made more than 3 days after purchase
• Completed custom deliverables that match the agreed scope
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
• Abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
